Who We Are.

We are a church that loves the Bible, loves to fellowship with other believers, and has found in the journey through this life, “getting there is half the fun.” God promises us abundant life when we serve Him and eternal life when we trust Him. We look to His Word to find instructions that will give us a new hope each week.

 

What We Believe.

We believe that Jesus is God the Father who came to earth as a man for the purpose of dying to pay for our sins. We believe that the Bible is the cornerstone of our beliefs, and faith in its teachings will not only lead to new life in heaven with Christ, but also allows new beginnings to all who will apply its message to their present lives here. 

 

A Word from the Pastor

I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to come to Journey Bible Fellowship Church . It is our desire to teach you the things to make your Journey through life more enjoyable. Therefore our name is “Journey.”

The only way that we can make our journey profitable and enjoyable is to teach what God has written to us on the subject. God has given us a great instruction manual to guide us. There was a time that we thought of God as an ogre who was trying to take away our fun and the Bible was a bunch of rules. While the Bible definitely has commands, every single thing that God as instructed in His Word is for our benefit. We don’t have to look at the Bible with dread and trepidation, but rather with anticipation of what He has to say that will help s through life.

Therefore, our name is “Bible” Church.

“Fellowship” aptly describes our attitude toward God and each other. While we endeavor to explain the plan of salvation in every service where there might be a lost person, many of our activities are simply just for fellowship.

So, if you want to find out how to get to heaven, come to Journey Bible Fellowship Church .

Salvation is free, but that does not mean that it is cheap or easy. It cost Jesus His life to pay for our sins so that He could provide eternal life as a gift for us. He died to pay for sins, was buried, then He rose from the dead. He did everything it takes to get you to heaven, but everybody doesn't go to heaven.
